IShine Preschool Booking Terms And Conditions

  • IShine Childcare provides flexible hourly drop-in care for children 6 weeks – 7 years old, 08:00 - 17:00.
  • Drop-in care is for a minimum 2 hours and for a maximum of 5 hours per day.
  • Parents must book via the online calendar by 08:00 am one day before. This is to ensure caregiver-child ratios are maintained.
  • Should the schedule be full, please call us and we shall try out best to help if situation is urgent.
  • Parents need to provide all care-related items including diapers, change of clothes, formula, etc.
  • If you need to cancel previously scheduled drop-in care, please ensure you go online to cancel by 07:00 am the day before your scheduled time and your drop-in account will be credited the hours. If this deadline is missed, you will lose out on those hours/it will not be credited.
  • Children who attend drop-in during the day will follow the “Daily Plan” of activities that we have planned for the day.
  • This is not a babysitting service. Our goal is to provide education and care while offering parents flexible, drop-in schedule options:
    1. Children who attend drop-in care will be provided with developmentally appropriate learning activities, in addition to free-choice play and outdoor time.
    2. Health & safety requirements are strictly adhered to all day, every day.
  • Each child who attends IShine Care must follow the same enrollment process, regardless if full-time or drop-in.
  • Please refer to the Drop-In Care Enrollment Checklist for details on what is required to enroll.
  • Please sign up via our call-back list and we’ll get in touch with you within 48 - 72 hours. Or email info@ishine.sch.id to request a tour.
  • Siblings get 50% discount on hourly fees if attended simultaneously. All children must be fully registered.
